  1. 1. Create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a custom URL like https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/….
  2. 2. Add the connector: in your form's Connectors tab choose Zapier and paste that Catch Hook URL.
  3. 3. Send a test: hit Test on the connector (or submit your form). Each submission arrives as flat JSON: your fields at the top level, plus _id, _formId, _formName and _submittedAt metadata.
  4. 4. Build your action: map those fields to a Google Sheet row, a Slack message, a CRM contact… anything Zapier supports.
