Trello integration

Create a Trello card for every submission, dropped into the list of your choice on your board.

What it does

Create a Trello card from each submission. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Step 1: set up Trello

Do this once in Trello to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.

  1. 1Get your API key and token. Generate them at trello.com/power-ups/admin (or trello.com/app-key).
  2. 2Copy the list ID. Copy the ID of the list new cards should be added to.

Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm

  1. 1Open your form's Connectors tab. Choose trello from the connector list.
  2. 2Enter your details. Paste API key, API token, List ID from the steps above.
  3. 3Add and test. Click Add, then Test to send a sample submission and confirm it arrives.

What you'll enter

  • API key: Get your key + token at trello.com/power-ups/admin (or trello.com/app-key).
  • API token
  • List ID: The id of the list new cards go into.

Use cases

  • A kanban board of leads or requests, moved through stages.
  • Simple request intake for small teams.
  • Feedback and bug cards on a shared board.

A submission can fan out to as many connectors as you like.
