Notion integration

Turn each submission into a page in a Notion database, auto-mapped to your properties, perfect if your team already lives in Notion.

What it does

Add each submission as a page in a Notion database. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Step 1: set up Notion

Do this once in Notion to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.

  1. 1Create a Notion database. Make a database (table) in Notion with columns for your fields. A Title property is required; name other columns to match your form fields.

Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm

  1. 1Connect Notion. In your form's Connectors tab, choose Notion and click Connect Notion.
  2. 2Share the database. On Notion's consent screen, select the database(s) you want ShipMyForm to write to.
  3. 3Pick the target database. Back in ShipMyForm, choose the database from the dropdown to finish. Fields are auto-mapped to Notion properties by name and type.

Use cases

  • Submissions as pages in a team wiki or CRM you already maintain in Notion.
  • Tie form data into existing Notion workflows, dashboards, and relations.
  • A content-request or intake queue your team can triage inline.

Route Notion (and everything else) from one form.

A submission can fan out to as many connectors as you like.
