Klaviyo integration

Send submissions to Klaviyo as profiles so you can power ecommerce email and SMS flows with your form data.

What it does

Create or update a Klaviyo profile from each submission. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Step 1: set up Klaviyo

Do this once in Klaviyo to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.

  1. 1Create a private API key. In Klaviyo, go to Settings → API keys and create a Private key (pk_…).

Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm

  1. 1Open your form's Connectors tab. Choose klaviyo from the connector list.
  2. 2Enter your details. Paste Private API key from the steps above.
  3. 3Add and test. Click Add, then Test to send a sample submission and confirm it arrives.

What you'll enter

  • Private API key: Klaviyo → Settings → API keys (private key).

Use cases

  • Build customer profiles for ecommerce email/SMS flows.
  • Capture leads and preferences from onsite forms.
  • Feed a welcome or back-in-stock flow with fresh emails.
Good to know:
  • Creates or updates a profile. It does not subscribe the profile to a list on its own. Pair it with a Klaviyo flow if you need consent-based subscription.

Route Klaviyo (and everything else) from one form.

A submission can fan out to as many connectors as you like.
