Iterable integration

Send submissions to Iterable as user profiles (optionally subscribing them to a list) so your cross-channel email, SMS, and push campaigns pick them up.

What it does

Create or update an Iterable user from each submission. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Step 1: set up Iterable

Do this once in Iterable to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.

  1. 1Create a server-side API key. In Iterable, go to Settings → API Keys and create a server-side key.
  2. 2Find a list ID (optional). If you want to subscribe users to a specific list, copy its numeric ID from Audience → Lists. Leave blank to just create/update the profile.
  3. 3Note your data center. If your Iterable project is on the EU data center, you'll set the region to 'eu'; otherwise leave it as US.

Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm

  1. 1Open your form's Connectors tab. Choose iterable from the connector list.
  2. 2Enter your details. Paste API key, List ID (optional), Data center (optional) from the steps above.
  3. 3Add and test. Click Add, then Test to send a sample submission and confirm it arrives.

What you'll enter

  • API key: Iterable → Settings → API Keys. Use a server-side key.
  • List ID (optional): Numeric list ID to subscribe users to. Leave blank to just create/update the user.
  • Data center (optional): Enter 'eu' if your Iterable project is on the EU data center. Leave blank for US.

  • Build user profiles that power cross-channel (email/SMS/push) journeys.
  • Subscribe newsletter and waitlist signups to an Iterable list.
  • Capture leads and attributes for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Good to know:
  • Creates or updates a user by email. Provide a list ID to also subscribe them to a list.
