Email notification integration
The simplest connector: email every submission to you or your team. Included free on every plan.
What it does
Get an email in your inbox for every submission. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.
Step 1: set up Email notification
Do this once in Email notification to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.
- 1No external account needed. Email delivery is built in. You just choose where it goes.
Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm
- 1Open your form's Connectors tab. Choose email from the connector list.
- 2Enter your details. Paste Notify these emails, Subject (optional) from the steps above.
- 3Add and test. Click Add, then Test to send a sample submission and confirm it arrives.
What you'll enter
- Notify these emails: Comma- or newline-separated. Replies go to the submitter when their email is present.
- Subject (optional)
