Discord integration

Send every submission to a Discord channel via a webhook, great for communities and small teams.

What it does

Post each submission to a Discord channel via a webhook. Delivery is asynchronous and retried automatically, and any credentials you enter are encrypted at rest.

Step 1: set up Discord

Do this once in Discord to get the details you'll paste into ShipMyForm.

  1. 1Create a channel webhook. In Discord: Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, then Copy Webhook URL.

Step 2: connect it in ShipMyForm

  1. 1Open your form's Connectors tab. Choose discord from the connector list.
  2. 2Enter your details. Paste Discord webhook URL from the steps above.
  3. 3Add and test. Click Add, then Test to send a sample submission and confirm it arrives.

What you'll enter

  • Discord webhook URL: Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.

Use cases

  • Community contact and application forms posted to a channel.
  • Ops and alert notifications for your server.
  • Signups and feedback where your community hangs out.

Route Discord (and everything else) from one form.

A submission can fan out to as many connectors as you like.
